Fitness for Fun

DCBodyworks believes that working out shouldn’t be a task. Exercising can seem tedious and boring and we’re just not comfortable with that concept at all. DCBodyworks is not just happy with helping you get fit but we intend to make it an enjoyable experience for you! Fitness should be exciting, motivating and most importantly fun! That’s why we created the ‘Fitness for Fun’ page! This page is for everyone! –“Yes, everyone!’

This page includes fun fitness ideas, healthy nutrition and diet tips, motivational quotes to get you over that wall, exercise information that you can do on your own schedule, pictures of all of the DCBodyworks participants, compliments, comments and suggestions from all DCBodywork participants. Send in your picture, comments, suggestions, ideas or even just give a member a shout out and we’ll post it on the Fitness for Fun page. We’ll update this page monthly and look forward to you sharing in the fitness for fun!

The Chest Fly can help you build size and strength in your chest. It is quite a difficult exercise when done properly. The trick to this exercise is to keep your arms essentially straight, for most people will bend at the elbow too much and not feel the stress in their chest. This is a good exercise for both veterans and beginners in the gym.
